What is the main reason you hired the service provider?

Based on the MOT engine developed by Linkage Software, we have built a company-level marketing service engine. The information covers businesses such as:

• E-finance
• retail
• wealth
• securities margin trading
• compliance, etc.

It fully supported the client-side message reminder in three PC client-sides & one mobile app, and in a unified communication for corporate customers, as well as the employee-side task reminder in Knowledgeable Person APP for employees.After evaluated MOT engine products from industrial suppliers, we finally chose Linkage Software’s product.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

With the advancement of IT technology and the rapid growth of our business, we realized that we needed a data push engine to drive business growth and intelligently support marketing staff to conduct their business.

The MOT engine supported two service modes, batch processing and real-time. Linkage Software has developed our marketing engine with two service modes, meeting our requirements.
