Our Story

Link & Impulse fixes the tracking between your ads and your CRM. Plenty of businesses know their ad spend to the cent, but their CRM’s lead source says “Google” or nothing. We audit where the source gets lost, fix forms and call tracking so it stays on the record, and join spend to signed cases, sold jobs or paid treatments in a database you own. You get cost per customer by channel each month. We work with law firms, home services, med spas and B2B firms in Canada and the US.

Two free 30-minute calls first. In the first, you show us how inquiries arrive and what gets recorded. In the second, we show where the source gets lost and what working together would look like. If you go ahead, we sign an NDA, you give us read access or exports, and the audit starts: $5,000, fixed, about two weeks.

No. We don’t manage campaigns or replace your agency. We fix the tracking between the ads and your CRM and report what each channel’s customers cost, so you and your agency are working from the same numbers.

You do. It sits in a database of your own. If you stop working with us, you keep it with its full history.

Reports don’t include customer names. The audit and reporting use read-only access; the tracking fix needs write access, which is removed at handover. Nothing a customer types about their case, job or appointment is sent to an ad platform. For med spas, what we may see is agreed in writing before a booking system is connected.

The audit takes about two weeks, and the tracking fix about two more. Then 60 to 90 days of clean data build up while we build the pipeline and dashboard. The first full report comes after that, and the monthly retainer keeps it running.
