I am one of the owner's of a women's cashmere fashion line.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tequila Sunrise?

We engaged Tequila Sunrise to support our email marketing strategy. This included acquisition strategy, content strategy, creation of detailed flows, understanding of metrics, creation of segments, overall marketing calendar strategy and the execution of emails.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met several online agencies to help us build out our email strategy, Tequila Sunrise initial call gave us considerable value and we very quickly realized how much money we were leaving on the table by not having the right strategy in place. They helped us to significantly increase our email revenue.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The first step was a detailed audit. They looked through our existing performance and found areas for improvement across the board. They then worked to clean everything up, so that it was organized and then created a strategy document that we both used to execute a very detailed plan including flows and monitor campaign results. We met b-weekly and looked at performance, we were very lucky to see consistent growth. We finished up once we had control of our calendar, all flows were created and we became Klaivyo experts.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We directly worked with the head of strategy, they also had a back-end team to support us work email execution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from about 20 to 25% of our revenue being generated by email to over 50%, our business has also grown significantly over this time. Tequila Sunrise made a big impact and more than paid for itself in terms of sales and profit.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had bi-weekly meetings and their team was always available by email. Responses and actions always exceeded our expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of focus and the fact that they could do everything in Klaivyo and they would work with us in a very flexible manner and also teach us at the same time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were really great. It exceeded my expectations.
