Dave and his team came into Strivin to help us with our app - it was a Bubble app that another agency had built. It was buggy and didn't have the level of UX/UI we'd originally envisaged. Dave was amazing - he really took time to understand us, the business and what we were trying to solve. He then helped us fix immediate bugs whilst working on a longer term product roadmap and development plan.

Dave and his team helped us understand what we could achieve within the timeline and budgets that we had.They not only helped us bug fix but they helped us move the product forward. They were also cost conscious and understood the constraints of being an early bootstrapped founder.

They always delivered on time and set out clear project timelines and deliverable so we knew what to expect and when.

So many things!

Dave is an ex-founders so he gets the overall changes not just product challenges
That everyone we spoke to understood our bigger vision and wanted to help us get there
No one tried to sell something we didn't need, they were always looking for no code or low code fixes we could get off the shelf to try things out before we built tech

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lightning Products could have done differently?

I can't thing of anything. We're looking forward to establishing a long-term collaboration with them.

We worked with Ligthening to develop a custom ourhaul of our client's exiting real estate marketplace, which included an AI matching alogorithm tool. This helped faciliate matches between buyer's agent and real estate agent's in real time, in effect speeding up efficiency in transactions processed off-market and time bound communications.
