For what projects/services did your company hire Liden?

We hired Liden for setting up and managing our social media profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have taken competitive proposals from three different vendors and out of three agencies, we decided to go with Liden as they are super strong on content writing, design and well-rounded thinking abilities.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Liden team initially spent time understanding our core strengths as an organization and they came up with a social media marketing strategy for the kind of services we deliver to our clients. After a couple of rounds of review of the same, they started implementing the strategy across all social media channels. Since we wanted organic growth, they have designed marketing around the same lines.

For every new post/story that we wanted to put up on social media channels, they would first give me their design and content and once the same is approved from our side, they will post the same across channels. They tweaked the strategy and timing of the posts based on real-time learning. They also helped us with paid marketing across Facebook and Instagram with an aim to increase our brand awareness and that helped us quite a bit.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Instagram and YouTube followers doubled in the last 9 months. Similarly, our followers increased considerably across Facebook and Twitter, with an exceptionally high number of followers added to our LinkedIn page.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Liden team is not someone who are just task-takers and that's the first very thing that I have realized in the starting days of our association, they take inputs and put their own spin on them. Their 100% client focus helped us ensure that we always pushed the right content to our followers across channels.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They never stayed away from speaking their heart & mind even in situations where we differed and that's the most beautiful thing. From the confidence-building stage, we reached a stage where we don't have to review any of their content closely. They made us feel at home!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They need to add more and more clients across a variety of sectors and that will take them to places and will give confidence to the clients that they can do social media marketing for any and every sector.
