- Map (Automation Audit): we sit with the people who do the work, map how it really runs (including the unwritten rules), tag every step as rules, AI or a person, and put a number on it.
- Build (fixed-scope sprint): we build the automation into the systems you already use, with your approval limits built in and exceptions routed to the right person.
- Run (monthly retainer): we keep it working as your business changes and report what improved.

- Support agent for a fibre infrastructure company: about 60% of inquiries handled on WhatsApp within 2 weeks, and about 80% of tier-1 support by week 6, with complex cases handed to the team with full context.
- Photo grading for a multi-site retail group: AI matched the agreed grading on 97.8% of 508 photos (the human reviewer: 95.3%), for about R5 for the whole run.
