We are an e-commerce offering retail of wireless friendly products such as kitchen gadgets or travel accessories to markets in India and the US primarily. I am the founder of the company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Let’s Goo Social?

Our goal with the project was to have a partner manage our social media posts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team creates all of the content for our posts and then schedules and manages them completely. That includes deciding what audiences to target, when to concentrate campaigns, and what kinds of special events like contents and other audience draws we should invest in.

What was the team composition?

I believe there are three individuals involved in our projects from their team. They have a copywriter, a designer, and a project manager who schedules and manages the post.

How did you come to work with Let’s Goo Social?

We first came across them through internet searches for social media marketing companies. We spoke to a few different companies and decided that they would be the best fit for us.

How much have you invested with them?

The project costs us about 30,000 rupees per site per month, so in total, we’ve spent around 390,000 rupees (approximately $5,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started partnering with them in October 2019 and are continuing to work together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their posts, the size of our following on various platforms, and the levels of engagement that they generate through games and giveaways have all driven very positive growth. They have delivered all of the results we were looking for and more, which made it an easy decision for us to expand the engagement from one to two of our sites.

How did Let’s Goo Social perform from a project management standpoint?

I’ve been really satisfied with their level of communication to us. They plan everything well in advance and primarily use phone, WhatsApp, and email to communicate with us about how much progress we are making towards our goals.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team invests time before the start of each assignment to completely understand the goals and steps of the campaign. That way, they are able to make sure that they completely align with our overall strategy and position us to best achieve our larger objectives. Their ability to take the long view on how individual steps fit into our growth has been an incredible asset to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have been totally satisfied with their abilities in terms of anything related to social media management, so I’m not sure what they could improve from there.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

These guys are by far the best of many different teams we’ve worked with for this purpose. Trust them and their expertise and you will have a lot of success.
