I'm the CEO and director of Axented, an IT company. We provide AI-powered solutions and near-shore development teams across LATAM to help companies build, scale, and optimize digital products and teams efficiently.

Lenz Human Capital helped us research compensation salaries, benefits, and budgets to administrate a salary structure that we could implement across all departments. The team also helped us with job descriptions, job valuations, equity, competitive diagnosis, and salary structure. We also received valuable insights and recommendations on how to administer our workforce and navigate market trends.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Lenz Human Capital's work, we were able to define the compensation strategy and budget for all departments, team members, and a company restructure for future years. This will help us retain our existing talent, attract top talent, and implement internal growth plans tailored to each member. Moreover, we measured our competitive positioning with the market salary benchmark and created team member equity at each company level. Employees were impressed and found value in the fact that we were formalizing this process with a company specializing in total rewards and compensation. We have seen an improvement in team member satisfaction over the last quarter.

We had great collaborative meetings, especially with directors and our HR team. We communicated via in-person and virtual meetings.
