We now have a compensation manual for our company and type of service, which didn't exist before the project started. Moreover, we have clear levels and responsibilities per position, as well as the compensation rate for new hires and internal promotions. Overall, we've seen improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.

Thanks to Lenz Human Capital's work, we were able to define the compensation strategy and budget for all departments, team members, and a company restructure for future years. This will help us retain our existing talent, attract top talent, and implement internal growth plans tailored to each member. Moreover, we measured our competitive positioning with the market salary benchmark and created team member equity at each company level. Employees were impressed and found value in the fact that we were formalizing this process with a company specializing in total rewards and compensation. We have seen an improvement in team member satisfaction over the last quarter.
