We have ongoing consulting sessions with Damian, the founder, to help us figure out the right design firm to hire and what to expect as a small business just starting out. He helped us get clear on our brand tone and voice, gave us practical advice on email and SMS marketing, and even helped us set up our Instagram profile. Each session lasted about an hour and came with useful planning tips and resources.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What’s been most valuable is the clarity they’ve provided around our doubts. This was all new to us, and as a small business, their support helped us feel more confident. They gave us more information than we expected, often explaining things we didn’t even know to ask about. Overall, the guidance has been clear, thorough, and really helpful in understanding advertising and marketing.
