Legal Staffing Solutions was founded in 1998 by Robert C. DeLena, Esq., one of the most successful legal placement consultants in the country. Mr. DeLena became a placement consultant after practicing law for several years with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP and Peabody & Arnold. He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, Trinity College, and The Governor's Academy.
As a corporate attorney, Mr. DeLena worked on transactions with other top law firms, investment banks, and venture capitalists. Throughout his career, he has conducted due diligence reviews, drafted memos, and spent his share of evenings at the financial printer. He truly understands the work, hours, and politics faced by candidates on a daily basis. Having made a substantial career change, Mr. DeLena has first-hand insight into the difficulties of weighing career choices and is happy to help you navigate the process.
