For what projects/services did your company hire LeapFeed - Leap Towards Success, and what were your goals?

We hired LeapFeed for listing our services on Amazon and Sears. We had our goal of revenue growth of 40 % for the year 2019 sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found LeapFeed through an inbound email and a cold call, the business development manager gave us all the insights into how our products were to be listed and cleared all our doubts with detailed information.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Our products of over 1000 in nos in three categories, switchgear, protection accessories, and lighting equipment were to be listed. Our expectation was of within the second quarter we wanted to onboarded in these sites.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Mr. Raghav and his team of around 30 engineers/executives helped us with the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was executed within a month and all our products went live on the sites that we had contracted for. This was well within the stipulated time, However, we were assisted and guided about all our listings and were taken care of the same for well more than a year.

The data shared was through Dropbox, and minimal communication was required as the team Mr. Raghav was handling was seasoned professionals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided timely delivery, professionalism, and a dedicated customer service approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As we were in different time zones we had to prepare meetings ahead of time and the collaboration with the team was always met even though California and Mumbai are oceans apart.
