We needed help with several digitization projects for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lean Orchestr is in charge of several digitization projects for WorkForce, covering ongoing digitalization of our operations rather than a single fixed project. Their responsibility varies by project type: for the AI-driven automation and knowledge system, they have full ownership from architecture through implementation; for the WF Connect application and other individual tasks, we provide the specifications and they execute the technical development against them, project by project. Main deliverables include a worker-facing mobile app for daily operational use, an e-signing integration that replaced a manual paperwork process, and the early build-out of an AI-driven knowledge and automation system for the business. Lean Orchestr has functioned as our embedded technical partner across these projects, translating our specifications into working systems on the app and task-based work, and owning the AI system end to end

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measurable outcome is the shift from a manual, paper-based worksheet process to a fully digital e-signing workflow. Timesheets are now logged, locked, sent, and signed digitally on a fixed weekly cycle, with signed documents automatically filed to the client folder instead of handled by hand — a process that used to require manual work and now runs on a schedule without it. Since making this switch, we've seen a 30% increase in signed worksheets compared to the manual process, and no increase in disputes, compliance issues, or client pushback. If anything, the digital audit trail makes it easier to confirm signing status when questions come up. On the app side, we've moved from a static tool to one with active new functionality — absence requests and contract termination workflows — that previously ran through informal or manual channels. On the AI/automation front, we've gone from no structured knowledge system to an active build-out of one, which is a foundational step rather than a finished outcome yet.

Communication is smooth and responsive; when we hand off a spec, we don't have to chase for updates or worry about things stalling. That reliability has let us run multiple projects in parallel without losing track of any of them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most is the combination of speed and range. Most vendors are either fast or broad — Lean Orchestr is both, moving quickly across very different types of work, from spec-driven app development to fully owning the architecture of our AI automation build-out.

We rarely have to over-specify or double-check; we hand off a spec or a problem, and it comes back done right, on time, without friction. That reliability across a wide range of technical work is what makes them feel more like an embedded technical team than an outside vendor.
