I’m the director of a collective purchasing platform in the Netherlands. We focus on small and medium enterprises.

What challenge were you trying to address with Leads2Success?

We were looking for affordable and high-quality telemarketing services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They work directly in our database to convert our 100,000 customers to a new service through the phone. They’re based in Morrocco, but they work with Dutch-speaking employees, so they also do customer service activities like phone assistance and answering questions, for example.

What is the team composition?

Approximately 10 people are working on our projects. That includes a supervisor, and the rest are telemarketing agents.

How did you come to work with Leas2Success?

Fouad (Director) approached me through LinkedIn, and we decided to give them a pilot project. Based on the good impression we had when we went to the offices in Morocco and our conversations, we decided to give them a try.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent €300,000–€400,000 (approximately $360,000–$480,000 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started around Jun 2019 and almost two years later, the project is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very satisfied with the quality of the work we see on them.

How did Leads2Success perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s easy to communicate with the manager. We interact through email, WhatsApp, Slack, and different channels. Additionally, we can monitor exactly what they’re doing because they work directly in our software and servers. We have customer service departments, so if there are complaints, we can know immediately and give feedback. Everything’s recorded, so we can check every detail directly on our site to see what’s going on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and speed to adapt to new guidelines and projects are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room for improvement, but I can’t think of something that can be changed because, if there was, we would’ve already done it.

Any advice for potential customers?

I definitely recommend hiring them.
