Iowa Home Care is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified, independent home health agency that delivers personalized, professional care, including adult, pediatric, and psychiatric services—to help clients safely remain at home in 36 Iowa counties.

• I hired LeadNatic to help us with SEO and paid ads. My goal was simple, I wanted more people to find our company online and to get more leads. For a business like ours, being seen matters because families need to find us at the right time.

Our first few talks were about them learning what we do and who we serve. After that, they started fixing our website issues, broken links, and other errors that had been slowing us down. They also worked on our backlinks and keywords to get us set up for growth. We’re now moving into the part where campaigns are ready to launch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Even before ads started, we could see improvements in how our site worked and how we showed up online. What stood out most is how easy they make things for us. They handle the hard parts, and they give me just what I need to keep things moving. They’ve also been very patient as I learn how their process works.

They are very good at staying in touch. Emails and calls are answered fast, and I always know where we stand. They don’t leave me wondering. Deadlines are met and they explain things in a way that makes sense to me.

Before we even signed, they had done their homework. They showed us where our online presence was weak and how they could help. I liked how honest and clear they were. They never made it sound confusing or too technical.

I don’t have any complaints. They’ve been solid from the start, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results once everything is running.
