I’m the Operations Manager at 34 Real Estate Valuation. The company provides real estate valuation services in Dubai, UAE.

We were looking to outsource the digital marketing for our company. The goal was to generate leads for the service provided.

We chose them based on these reasons:

The project scope was simple, lead generation. After several brain storming sessions the Markwting platforms were agreed upon along with the respective budgets. Clear process outlined on the workflow and transfer of data. Leading star set clear expectations and timelines. Excellent communication of the progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Leading Star was clear on the timelines in regard to the initial campaign setup time, learning phase, etc. As a business, we saw results from the first month itself. Month on month we have not just received inquiries but we have received quality leads. We have continued to work with them and now exploring other channels like email marketing with them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very efficient. We are kept in the loop throughout. Weekly performance reports and catch ups ever fortnight to evaluate the performance. Quarterly meetings to review, strategise and realign for the next quarter.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The time invested at the initial stage to understand the service and the overall planning stage stood out for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. They've been doing a brilliant job.
