HUGO BOSS is a market leader in high-quality women's and men's clothes. I am a personalization manager with the responsibility of launching and managing all onsite personalization campaigns.

We hired Leadforce Digital to evaluate our website's funnel, find personalization opportunities, and determine the success of our campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

There was a selection process in which Leadforce Digital showed a better understanding of our needs and the Ecommerce subject overall.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They first audited our funnel and created a presentation with optimization suggestions divided into quick wins and additional wins. Following that, we introduced monthly calls for campaign reporting and insights, as well as weekly updates.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We are currently working full-time with one web-analyst who fulfills all of our needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It became much easier for us to discover opportunities and launch personalisation tests. Instead of launching one test per month, we began launching 4-5 tests per month, which has already resulted in significant additional revenue.
