The measurable outcomes were limited, and we were not really able to tie the results directly to our review.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My biggest disappointment was the subscription and renewal experience. Leadfeeder requires at least 30 days' notice to cancel an annual subscription, and was unwilling to make an exception even though I requested cancellation before the renewal date. We had consolidated our sales technology stack and no longer needed overlapping functionality with HubSpot and ZoomInfo. While I understand the policy was part of the agreement, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility for a long-time customer who had previously recommended Leadfeeder to clients. I would encourage prospective buyers to fully understand the annual renewal terms and cancellation requirements before subscribing.
