They never say 'no' and do their best to deliver top-quality work without exceeding budget constraints. Sometimes, they even cover the costs out of pocket if results are not up to the mark, to preserve their relationship with clients. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something LeadAdvisor360 could have done differently?

They need to establish their own database of sites to get guest-post articles published, because the level of expertise they have shown suggests they have engaged with businesses in the past. They should be open to sharing or using outreach data to benefit new customers.
