Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner and founder of the registered massage therapy clinic. I mentor the team and manage the day to day of the business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lead Local SEO, and what were your goals?

We wanted to grow our online presence so we needed a full redo of our website, local seo, ads. Mainly we needed help for patients and to establish a trusted brand in Vancouver that would attract top tier talent. We were very much at ground zero. I needed help with copywriting, website, and making sure talent was attracted as were patients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Michael was a referral I had gotten from someone I trusted. He had built successful businesses and worked with other brands so I knew I could trust him.

They began with a complete overhaul of our existing website, scoping out the market for what worked and what didn't. Michael then presented the campaigns based on the results we were getting and what we would get if we switched and implemented his local seo as well as ads. He implemented and starting tracking and sharing the results of what he was doing with us regularly.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Worked mainly with Michael himself - effectively he was the account manager. I do know that he has a writer on his team and some admin help that we interacted from time to time when we were producing blog content.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since working with Michael we have gone from a relatively small unknown clinic of 1-2 therapists to a clinic of 35+. We have grown over 3600% in terms of sales, leads, patients. This year we won the 2023 top massage therapy clinic. Honestly it would not have been possible without Michael and his team.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It did take time to get results, Lead Local team mainly checked in through WhatsApp and we were sent monthly reports showing progress for keywords, backlinks and any other campaigns that we were running. He was organized and presented off the bat what the short, medium and long term goals would be.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

He is extremely commercially aware. He didn't have much experience within the RMT industry but picked it the nuances very quickly. He understood our brand and who we needed to reach and was able to speak to them in their language.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Michael is an all or nothing type person. So I would get messages at all hours of the day regarding work that he was trying to accomplish. Not necessarily a bad thing but some may want to stick within office hours.
