Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner and CEO of Quandary Consulting Group. We provide custom business tools and integrations across the organization. We operate in the low code space, which has complexities and unknowns when it comes to marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lead Comet, and what were your goals?

At first, Lead-Comet was brought on to assist with content creation and SEO research, over time they began to understand and predict growth within our space.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've read much of Lead-Comet's content and their style fit well with our branding and culture. Overall the attention to detail during the sales process showing us what could be possible while setting realistic expectations. The strategic vision and proven ability to execute were top deciding factors.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

There are multiple well defined sprints with clear objectives and expectations. We started off with a strategy sprint where they worked with us to align our goals and objectives for the engagement. Then came the Content sprint, link building sprint, and conversion sprints.

We were updated regularly with analytics As the sprints continued, our content was increasing and domain authority was continuing to rise. They were able to pivot as needed to maximize our success.The communication was top notch with centralized messaging and reporting.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

James, the Managing partner managed the relationship and content with his team. Overall there were multiple resources behind the scenes, but he was able to keep communication centralized.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our organic traffic has increased significatly month over month. We've seen over 1,300% in YoY growth. Overall more visibility to our site leads to more awareness in our space, which puts us as a thought leader. Our inbound organic lead generation has resulted in many successful sales.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Utilizing a great project management system has made our communication so easy and overcome most vendor difficulties. We were never waiting on anything from James and team, as he was proactive to everything

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The overall ability to understand our complex space and needs in a short period of time was incredible. Not only was the team up to speed quickly. The results were phenomenal and much quicker than expected. I'd say Lead-Comet's aptitude for learning rivals most internal hires, in a fraction of the time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There's really no complaints at this time, they know what their strengths are and what to stay away from. I'd love it if James would expand into PPC and other digital marketing niches, but only because I haven't had a better vendor/partner relationship
