I hired LCG-Colombia to help with a complex divorce I had in Colombia with my ex.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LCG-Colombia dealt with our child custody case, child support, divorce, and defense against false claims of verbal abuse against my ex. The team represented me in court through a power of attorney, so I didn’t need to travel to Colombia. LCG-Colombia prepared all of the documents and essentially did everything.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LCG-Colombia literally won all of my cases. A judge ruled that the child support I needed to pay was only for the needs of our children, not my ex’s personal lifestyle expenses. I got 50/50 custody, and the team also got the false accusations of abuse thrown out. It was a big relief to have that chapter of my life closed. LCG-Colombia made the entire process very easy.

Most divorce, custody, and child support cases can take years, but LCG-Colombia did it in six months, so I was very happy. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were native English speakers, so there was no miscommunication. They were also able to explain things to me in a way that I could understand, as I didn’t really know the laws in Colombia.

No, there weren’t any.
