Launching Stories was suppose to evaluate the recent status of marketing and Business development as well as business plan, and consult Techladd on ""how to achieve the desired goal"". This was followed by an optimized strategy, SoP, training and intelligible reporting. The major deliverables were the followings:

1. Marketing strategies development, for 6 months and monthly as well as weekly plan of execution and reporting. 
2. Content plan and getting the quality execution done by our team. also, help them as and when needed mentorship. 
3. Monthly social media strategy and calendar development and review. 
4. Defining the plan of sales enablement documents as well as marketing collateral plans. Also, developing and reviewing the quality of those documents. 
5. Training business development team on market, industry, customer journey, client behaviour, lead generation and network building approaches, business development strategies, etc. 
6. Setting up the standard operating process for the team and reporting system to evaluate campaign performance on weekly and monthly basis.
