Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the director of events for Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, a cancer treatment hospital.

What challenge were you trying to address with Launch Media?

We needed videos for events and marketing purposes.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Launch Media has produced various marketing videos to help us showcase our mission and what we do for the community. They’ve also shot videos for several of our fundraising events. We upload all videos to social media.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with five people: John (CEO & Executive Producer), Chris (Creative Producer), a project manager, and a videographer.

How did you come to work with Launch Media?

We chose to work with Launch Media because they were one of the best agencies in our community. They were also willing to do some services as a form of donation.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $200,000–$300,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in February 2018 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re delighted with the project — Launch Media’s work is top-notch. They've done an incredible job, and they also donate some of their services, which have helped us generate more income. Thanks to the team’s support, our fundraising events have been very successful. Additionally, they’ve helped us tell our mission and our stories beautifully through the marketing videos, which have gotten a lot of positive feedback and social media interactions. Overall, the Launch Media team represents our hospital very well.

How did Launch Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good at meeting deadlines. We never have to worry about anything because the team is just very professional.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Launch Media has been extremely generous to our center. The services they donate are beneficial to us. Furthermore, the team is professional and easy to work with. They’re visionaries who take our ideas and turn them into reality. Launch Media is honestly the best of the best.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could do better. We’ve never been disappointed with the team's output.
