I’m the director of outreach at Quote, a lead generation company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Lattice?

We needed a company that could provide us with PR and content development support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Lattice to handle our PR and marketing efforts, which involved creating newsworthy articles and graphics for us. They would propose ideas or topics for articles, and we would choose which site the topic would be good for. After that approval process was done, they would then create the content, edit it, and ask us for feedback. Once everything was finalized, we would get it published on our website, and they would handle marketing for it.

Lattice ended up publishing over 10 articles on our site, and they did link-building and tracking as well. They also set up interviews and podcast and radio appearances for us.

I worked directly with a project manager and a content person from Lattice.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October–December 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lattice was able to get us on about five different radio shows, and they got us coverage on about 20 different big-name sites. 

How did Lattice perform from a project management standpoint?

Lattice performed well in terms of project management. They were great at meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

We typically communicated through email and phone calls. We also used Google Docs and Wordable throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciated how Lattice handled everything from beginning to end. They found the data set, created the featured articles, and did marketing for those as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It could have been better if we had more than one person on their team.

Try to see if you can get a bigger team working for your site so you can get more done each month.
