Latitude HR Group gives growing businesses experienced HR help without the cost of a full-time HR department.

We work with owners, CFOs and operations leaders at businesses with 10–250 employees. Many of them have an office manager or payroll person who ended up “doing HR” because someone had to. Founder Ali Yoder brings more than 20 years of HR leadership, much of it in manufacturing, including 10 years in union environments handling contract negotiations, grievances and labor relations. Clients work directly with her, not a call center or a script.

We start with the boring-but-important stuff: compliance, handbooks, policies and documentation. Once that’s solid, we help with the hard parts and the growth: employee issues, discipline, terminations, investigations, hiring and manager coaching.
