Latch Vector LLC

Latch Vector is a team of senior software engineers building the billing, claims, and documentation compliance systems that DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and HME providers use to get paid. We work across the full claim lifecycle — documentation, submission, adjudication, and remittance — and we've shipped production systems currently running in providers' offices across the United States, including enterprise billing/RCM platforms and AI-powered compliance engines that catch missing documentation before claims are submitted.

We're engineers, not account managers — the same senior team that scopes your project writes the code, ships it, and stays on to maintain it. Most of our work involves taking over and untangling existing billing codebases rather than starting from scratch, and we treat HIPAA/PHI compliance as a default, not an afterthought.

Our stack: Laravel and Python on the backend, Vue and React on the interface, MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis/Elasticsearch for data, and AWS/Docker/CI/CD for infrastructure.
