LaserCoil Technologies LLC is a designer and manufacturer of coil-fed laser blanking solutions, capable of processing a wide variety of material in aluminum, mild steel, the new high-strength steels, and other materials for surface sensitive panels as well as structural components in thicknesses  from 0.5 to 3.5mm (0.0197 to 0.1378-in) and up to 2.135 m (84-in.) wide coil at any length. These flexible manufacturing systems feature advanced and patented technologies for laser cutting of blanks based on over half a decade of research and successful production runs since 2011.

LaserCoil offers multiple-head laser cutting systems, which allow shared balancing of the workload to decrease processing time and improve productivity. These laser blanking systems are flexible with the ability to handle shapes from complex body side outers to simple chevron and scroll cuts.

Eliminating hard tooling, production changeover can be achieved in a few hours simply through software programming.  LaserCoil systems are a perfect choice for metal service centers or any fabricator handling multiple coil materials, sizes and production runs.
