We hired The Larkin Company (TLC) to process employee leaves of absence, most typically for parental/pregnancy but also for any (Family and Medical Leave Act)  FMLA reason, such as illness, need to care for a sick family member, etc.

We pay TLC to process employee leaves for us, however, nearly all employees have issues with their paperwork, which means that managers and HR business partners often have to get involved. Their response times are slow, and their process is convoluted. We have been extremely disappointed in their lack of service and will not be renewing.
