BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I work as the assistant marketing manager for a shoe manufacturing company. We’re a 40-year-old organization that produces anywhere from 3000–4000 footwear every day.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Lantern Studios?

We were looking for a company that can give us great ideas on how to enhance our brand awareness and implement digital strategies.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Lantern Studios primarily handles our social media channels to increase our online visibility. They use Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, as well as IndiaMART to generate quality leads and produce content that highlights our products and services.

Moreover, they create digital campaigns through the briefing we give them and they set expectations that involve the number of impressions and engagement each campaign receives.

Apart from that, they also provide us with web development and events management such as our annual general meetings. They’re doing the on- and off-page web management, content development, and performance optimization to ensure our established digital presence.

Another part of their services is video production. We’re currently working on a corporate video, which is now in the post-production phase.

What is the team composition?

I generally talk to four people, including a web developer, designer, and content writer.

How did you come to work with The Lantern Studios?

We were just a basic company looking to modernize our branding so we got excited to partner with The Lantern Studios based their youth and enthusiasm to work hard.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One success story we had with The Lantern Studios is the smooth launch of one of our products. We receive around 50 quality leads every day, and we’ve also been increasing our search ranking on Google — by the end of this year, we believe we’ll reach the first page.

How did The Lantern Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

The Lantern Studios is effective from a project management standpoint. We have meetings with them in person every first day of the week where we plan what’s required, and they deliver their task on time with minor delays and issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I like the most about them are their availability and receptiveness. Whenever we need something done urgently, they’re always there to listen and deliver what’s required even at night.

Another aspect we like about working with them is their video production services, as we believe this is the best service they’re providing us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

No business experience is the same, so my advice is to first check with The Lantern Studios to see if they’re the best fit for your needs. Other than that, their team is very agile and they provide a quick service, so they’re a good company to work with.
