What challenge were you trying to address with Labor Max Staffing?

We hired Labor Max to help us staff up our commercial property.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Labor Max handled the recruitment and interviewing processes. They gave us a handful of candidates to interview; the team also handled their payroll and compensation. While their resources managed the onboarding process, we did the training.

In terms of candidate qualifications, we wanted a person with both marketing and property management experience. To source candidates, they used their own database and looked into various job boards.

How did you come to work with Labor Max Staffing?

I was referred to Labor Max by a contractor in the Carson City area. They said they were successful in using Labor Max’s services to find people, so we decided to engage them.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $13,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from February–May 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Labor Max knew their community well and did a great job finding a good candidate. In fact, we’re still working with the person they found for us. The person has assimilated well into our team.

How didLabor Max Staffing perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. To communicate, we mainly used emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We needed to find someone quickly, and they did it without pulling candidates that weren’t the right fit.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Labor Max’s cost was a little high for staffing services. They could be a bit more competitive in terms of pricing. To be fair, we still have that employee today, so the pricing was still a win.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re going to work with Labor Max, negotiate the fees. That way, you can see whether or not they’ll be able to work with you for less.
