Labelix.ai is a data partner for companies training computer-vision and robotics models. We assemble a dedicated team of full-time annotators for each client in our Dhaka, Bangladesh office, train them on the client's guidelines, and keep the same people on the account for as long as the project runs. A team lead runs the queue and a quality reviewer signs off on every batch. Because nobody rotates in and out, the team learns the client's taxonomy and edge cases, and consistency improves with every batch rather than resetting.

Services: image and video annotation (bounding boxes, polygons, segmentation, object tracking, keyframes), document and OCR labeling (field extraction, layout, entities, classification), audio and speech transcription, and real-world data collection for physical AI, including recorded demonstrations, episode boundaries, and success or failure tagging for robot learning.

Who we work with: AI and robotics companies in agriculture technology, manufacturing and visual inspection, retail and geospatial, and document automation, typically at the stage where in-house labeling no longer scales and marketplace quality is too uneven for their edge cases.

Labelix.ai is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and was founded in 2026 by Rashid Arif.

We are independent of any cloud provider or annotation-software vendor, so we have no stake in the tools or  models a client chooses.

Annotators work under NDA in a controlled office with access limited to their project.
