LAB launched in 2014 as a platform to connect with the community through creativity & collaboration. Originally co-founded by Mollie Windmiller and Jessica Moriarty, now solely owned by Mollie, LAB has organically grown significantly each year bringing creativity to the community through workshops, brand experiences, community events and creative services. Ultimately, providing inspiring content and experiences to our community, and connecting brands to their audience in real life, in memorable ways.

In 2020, Windmiller Design Group, Mollie's creative agency of 12 years in Minneapolis merged with LAB to offer a more robust platform and exceptional design services to better support our clients and community through creativity. What was always a collaborative team effort since inception, Mollie Windmiller’s passions of supporting small businesses through branding services and bringing creativity to the community strategically came together to elevate businesses. Together, these services provide an incredibly unique opportunity to build great brands with collaboration as the foundation.
