La Panzanella began its journey as a small neighborhood deli in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. After years of serving traditional Italian bread to Seattle’s avid foodies, our founder’s grandmother created the first Croccantini flatbread crackers in her home kitchen. As soon as we tried the first crunchy little bite, we knew she had created something special, and before long we started to focus all our efforts on sharing our Croccantini with the world.
