The hired team has helped in supporting our CS team in managing renewal opportunities within SFDC. Our CS team does not currently have access to SFDC, so the hired team has helped in supporting updating opportunities, generating and preparing quotes, and closing renewal opportunites.

Completion of opportunities in a given quarter. Ensuring they are supporting the CS team as needed for various tasks in SFDC. No direct measurable outcome however.

Yes, the team responded to deliver items on time, and respond in timely manner for needs.

The team needed limited onboarding to start assisting in day to day activies. La Confianza Management and Consulting has come in and immediately started being able to support our needs.

We were able to launch our Storylane app on Salesforce app exhange on time. The process was smooth and easy working with their team.

Yes all items were delivered on time. They also coordinated with Saleforce to take care of all documentation needs

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Working with La Confianza Technologies was fantastic. 

They are highly responsive and easy to reach. Collaborating with them via Slack made cross-team coordination even smoother. Their deep expertise helped fast-track our app launch on Salesforce AppExchange and HubSpot Marketplace, exceeding our expectations.

They’ve earned our trust, and I highly recommend them for Salesforce implementations and AppExchange product development.
