Full Figma design of UI/UX of the web application. This included the main screens of the platform, the assets, messages, and workflow for the users in a full mapped out and detailed view for a seamless handoff to a developer.

The team utilized daily messages via a messaging app, and followed-up with weekly meetings to review progress. Feedback was implemented quickly and communication was very clear. After working together for awhile, the team was able to anticiapte my requests and were proactive in providing suggestions to make the best posible version of the product.

We had the basic behaviors of the app established but it needed polish to make it feel like a more professional and complete app.

We were referred to K&Z Design while getting started on a new software development project for a customer. This is the original Scope, and we've iterated continuously since inception. The Drag-and-Drop Scheduling Board Application aims to streamline the management and scheduling of work orders for customers across various locations. Here are the key points relevant to UI/UX design:

• Drag-and-Drop Interface: The primary interaction method for assigning tickets to specific dates is through a drag-and-drop interface. This feature requires careful consideration of usability and intuitive design to ensure a smooth user experience. The UI should be designed to seamlessly support this functionality, possibly utilizing modern frontend frameworks like React and libraries such as React Beautiful DnD or react-dnd.
• Work Order and Ticket Management: The application supports CRUD operations for managing work orders and tickets. Design should focus on presenting this information in a clear and organized manner, allowing users to easily create, view, update, and delete work orders and tickets.
• Resource Assignment: Users can assign people and equipment to each ticket by dragging and dropping them onto the ticket. As we got a huge volume of new clients due to good marketing and a relatively short time per project to turn around, we needed to manage this lead stream efficiently. So we tried to use existing solutions, and all of them were missing something or just were not really easy to use - so onboarding could cost us a lot of time, and the results were not promising. 

So, we started looking for a custom solution that could satisfy all our needs, has no redundant functions, and just be very easy to use. The CRM system K&Z designed for us is exactly like that - no friction, all that we need, and it also looks so nice - it's a pleasure to work with such a system daily instead of some outdated software.

I had a very unique request to re-design what had already been designed but not completly according the request so we needed an update in the theme.
