The scope of work consisted of providing end-to-end recruitment services for a specific technical role, as defined in the signed agreement.

The service included sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates who met the predefined job requirements, as well as coordinating and supporting the interview process until a hiring decision was made. The engagement also included a guarantee period, during which the contractor was obligated to replace a hired candidate or issue a refund if the candidate did not successfully complete the trial period.

The contractor was responsible for executing the recruitment process in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with the agreed requirements and contractual terms.

The project produced limited measurable outcomes, with partial progress but no successful final delivery under the contract terms.

The recruitment process advanced through CV screening, interviews, and hiring, indicating partial execution of the agreed workflow.

The hired candidate did not successfully complete the 3-month trial period due to insufficient fit with the agreed role requirements.

No suitable replacement candidate was delivered within the contractual guarantee timeframe, despite continued engagement. 

The refund condition defined in the contract was triggered but not executed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A candidate was hired, but within the 3-month trial period it became clear that the profile did not meet the agreed requirements, so the contractually defined guarantee was activated. This is explicitly contemplated in the agreement.

Despite several months of continued process, no suitable replacement candidate was successfully delivered within the contractual timeframe. According to the contract, this situation triggers a refund of the fee paid.

However, despite multiple written requests and references to the exact contract clauses, the company refused to execute the refund and instead repeatedly proposed alternative services, new searches, or different roles — none of which are contemplated in the signed agreement and would require a new contract.

Unfortunately, this left us blocked for months and forced us to consider legal action to enforce a very straightforward contractual obligation.
