I'm Chief Marketing & Operations Officer of Europian Beauty Business School Cosmotrade. Our mission - we help thousands dedicated enthusiasts to improve theire lives and for some to find sense of life - by giving them a beautiful and profitable profession and mission) - in Ukraine and other countries.

To do a a market & legal research - to find potential countries to roll out our business model to the global market

A transparent tender procedure. We selected the vendor from 6 applicatnts for this task.

We lead the following sessions: 

• Introductory briefing
• Discussions of intermediate work outs
• Final presentations - for each particular country.

All in all - we had 6 inner projects within the whole one. Separately for market & legal parts.

What was the team composition?

I ve closely worked with the project team lead - Head of market research and the lawyer, specializing in international law.

We ve recieved the info which helped us to focus most potential markets and form accordingly the company strategy for the coming period.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Highly effective. Highly professional. All within the agreed format and stated deadlines. Сlear understandable route for actions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The issue was quite outstanding. Compared to other vendors - the team provided a very clear and logical approach, not a science fiction did some of rest. I sencirily enjoied both impressive expertise and outstanding client service approach.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Oh, there always are areas for improvement - for everyone. In our particular case - i m wishing the team more orders and more satisfied clients ).
