Kulturo moved incredibly fast and helped us find strong candidates in a very short time. What really stood out was that these hires weren't just a technical match; they were also a great fit for our culture. They're still with us today, which says a lot about the quality of the process and the alignment we achieved. They add great value to the team as front-end developers. The team was originally full-stack, which made it difficult to go deeper into front-end work. With their arrival, we were able to significantly improve that area.

• Faster onboarding – the new developers ramped up quickly because they already matched our tech stack and way of working.
