Kuliberda Labs

Kuliberda Labs is a Kraków company that designs and deploys AI assistants and AI automations for business owners. Dawid Kuliberda, implementation architect, leads every project from the diagnosis to acceptance and is accountable for the scope the client accepts. AI agents he designs and oversees handle building and maintenance. Kuliberda Labs is an OpenAI Select Partner.

The smallest scope is an AI Assistant: one role, for example an assistant to the owner with access to email, calendar and documents, from PLN 4,500 net. When the same process comes round every week and someone runs it by hand, we build an AI Automation. It takes the process from the event that starts it to the finished result, for example from an enquiry to a ready quote, with exception handling, testing and handover included, from PLN 3,500 net for a template-based process; custom integrations are quoted separately. Several people or departments working on shared company data, each role with its own permissions, make an AI System, from PLN 12,000 net.

Work starts with a free 30-minute diagnosis. If integrations, risk or an unclear process rule out a reliable quote, we run a paid Map first (PLN 1,000–1,500 net, credited to the build if it starts within 30 days). Scope and price are fixed before we build, and acceptance runs against criteria written down in advance. A 30-day warranty follows.

Clients keep their own accounts and their own AI subscription. We work remotely across Poland.
