I am the co-founder of a start-up that develops backpacks and related products primarily for traveling.

Our business wanted to develop a logo and brand guidelines for our new company.

How did you select this vendor?

We loved working with Kul2ura. They understood our vision from the beginning and worked with us to create a logo and brand that we absolutely fell in love with.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

The had an initial meeting with our team to understand who we are and what we represent. They returned with several logo options which were ultimately tweaked with collaborative efforts and feedback from our team. They finalized our logo and brand guidelines as well as provided pattern options for use in our marketing.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with the 2 founders of the company, Leslie Ramos and Danny Rodriguez.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not yet launched our product or logo to the public but have gotten very positive feedback from collaborators and individuals familiar with our company and brand.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Danny and Leslie were always available as we needed them. They adapted to our schedules (we work in 2 time zones) and were very easy to get ahold of.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were committed to learning about us and what our goals were, which was evident in the work product and options they presented.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really.
