We operate as a fully remote, globally-distributed team, working as an extension of our clients' operations rather than a detached vendor. Every engagement runs with a defined scope, milestone reporting, and a dedicated point of contact — so clients always know where their project stands.

We offer three engagement models depending on what a project needs: Project-Based (fixed scope, milestone billing), Dedicated Resource (a full-time embedded engineer on retainer), and Staff Augmentation (hourly specialist support to fill a specific skill gap).

Our clients typically come to us because in-house hiring takes too long, freelancers are unreliable for anything beyond small tasks, or local engineering talent is priced well above their budget.
