I’m a project manager at SolarTender, an online platform for tenders for solar power plants. We created the service to help people and businesses quickly, transparently, and profitably find trusted solar power plant suppliers throughout Ukraine.

Our goal is to find and attract new clients in the B2B sector. The KROT Agency team has extensive experience in this field.

Can you describe the scope of their involvement in this project?

KROT Agency is currently providing comprehensive marketing services for us. This includes working with Facebook, Meta, Instagram, and Google ads, as well as assistance with SMM management. The team has full responsibility for creating advertising banners and videos. They also launch all advertising campaigns independently and oversee the full marketing cycle.

We work with two teammates from KROT Agency.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We consistently receive a lot of SQL leads according to KPIs. In fact, we get 80% of SQL leads. We also conduct in-depth analytics across all stages of the funnel, including MQL, SQL, CPC, CPL, and CAC.
