Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are a high-end jewelry brand, and we sell to department stores.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kronos Technologies?

We were trying to come up with new emails to send to our existing customer list excellent.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kronos comes up with marketing ideas which they then use to write the copy for the emails we send to our subscribers. They use Klaviyo to conduct email marketing, and they design some graphics to go along with the content.

I have two main points of contact.

We were in the same marketing symposium, and they came to us after the program.

How much have you invested with them?

Their monthly retainer is $2,500.

The project started in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has gone very well — we’ve seen an increase in sales, thanks to Kronos. They’ve come up with some really creative artwork and excellent copy.

How did Kronos Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We collaborated on a marketing calendar for them to follow, and they’ve consistently fulfilled their tasks on time. In addition, the team is very responsive, and they give fantastic reports on their progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kronos’ work has been fantastic. The team’s open to new ideas and willing to work closely with us.

It’s a two-way street, and you have to work with them to make sure that they know your brand very well.
