We were trying to find a technology and support team for our larger clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kronos Incorporated (UKG) has a payroll and HR platform that we’re reselling. On top of that, the big thing we wanted besides their technology is their ongoing support.

We’ve done demos with various teams, and we’ve gone into implementation with them in a span of 16 weeks with our HR and payroll divisions. After that, we’ve brought on clients over the last year.

In total, we’re working with 10–15 employees. We have one main person we collaborate with, but they bring in a different team member depending on our technical issues or concerns.

We’ve spent over $300,000.

We began working together with Kronos Incorporated (UKR) in January 2021, and we continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We measure their success based on client retention and the number of clients that we have. In relation to that, we’ve been able to work with larger clients and charge more for our services because we have the technology and support that can deliver our customers’ needs. Overall, the Kronos Incorporated (UKG) team is doing a great job.

How did Kronos Incorporated (UKG) perform from a project management standpoint?

For project management, their team has a service desk. We communicate with them through email and telephone. We also set meetings with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The technology that they offer as well as their talent have been impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their response time can improve because sometimes it can take them 1–2 days to finish our urgent needs.

Think of all the questions you want to ask them. Furthermore, you can ask for referrals from other resellers to help you understand what Kronos Incorporated (UKG) is really capable of.
