On the AI side, through our sister company kromber.ai, we are actively expanding three high impact areas. First, AI powered production, including AI film and commercial creation from Mars to 18th century Istanbul, audio reactive music videos, AI ambassadors speaking 40 languages with native lip sync, photorealistic campaign visuals with zero production overhead, green screen free VFX, 4K and 8K restoration, and trend driven Reels and Shorts. Second, AI agent systems, including LLM integrations, multi agent orchestration, RAG knowledge bases, and workflow automation for sales, customer service, and internal operations. Third, Generative Engine Optimization, where we secure brand visibility inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. In the age of AI powered discovery, invisibility in the answer is extinction in the market.

    We work as an extension of the client team, not an external vendor. Every engagement starts with a discovery workshop where we align on brand, goals, audience, and success metrics. From there, we operate through a dedicated account lead who serves as the single point of contact, supported by specialists from creative, social media, performance, AI, and account management teams. Day to day collaboration runs through shared project boards, email, and instant messaging, with weekly status calls to maintain momentum and resolve open items. We use synchronous workshops for strategy sessions, creative reviews, and quarterly planning, while asynchronous tools handle content approvals, asset deliveries, and routine reporting. For long term partnerships, we run quarterly business reviews that revisit strategy, performance, and roadmap. For sprint based projects, we adapt to the client's preferred methodology, whether agile, waterfall, or hybrid, and align with their internal review and approval cycles.

    We measure success at three levels: business outcomes, channel performance, and brand health. We do not chase vanity metrics. At the business level, we tie every engagement to commercial KPIs defined with the client at kickoff, such as qualified leads, sales pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and revenue attributed to digital channels. These are reviewed in quarterly business reviews and inform every strategic recommendation. At the channel level, we track platform native metrics across paid and organic media: reach, engagement rate, video completion rate, click through rate, conversion rate, follower growth, share of voice, and content performance distribution. For social media accounts, we deliver formal monthly performance presentations covering each metric category with year over year and month over month comparisons. At the brand level, we measure share of voice in earned media, sentiment in user generated content, and increasingly, brand presence inside generative engines. Through kromber.ai, we monitor how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude represent the brand and how often the brand surfaces in answer generation for category queries.

    Our onboarding follows a four step structure. First, we run a discovery workshop to map brand, audience, competitive landscape, and current digital footprint. Second, we audit existing assets including websites, social channels, search performance, and brand presence inside generative engines. Third, we deliver a strategic roadmap with prioritized recommendations and KPIs. Fourth, we launch operations through a dedicated account team, with formal handover to ongoing service within the first 30 days.
