Lead with Abigail, Inc.(LWA) is an organizational development consulting firm that partners with clients to design and implement customized leadership programs using proven methodologies such as the Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment, Gallup's StrengthsFinder, Mastering Genius, Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and DISC. 

Abigail and her team leverage qualitative analysis tools like Qualtrics and an agile approach to project management, paired with custom-built AI-powered tools and workflows to maximize client ROI.

This project involved conducting primary research through interviews with existing donors, as well as secondary research to analyze competitor and aspirational brand practices, and market trends. The insights gathered were synthesized into a final slide deck and presentation to provide actionable recommendations for Kriya's client to engage donors effectively.

Turn research into actionable strategic insights and an updated communications plan for clients to engage with donors more effectively.

The Project Manager facilitated proactive, effective communication, reaching out to clarify expectations and share progress updates to ensure alignment throughout. She fostered a creative, collaborative approach to problem-solving, increasing the joy and impact of our work together.
