I'm Senior Marketing Executive at Informa Markets Vietnam which is an international exhibition organiser with HQ in UK

After two-year breaks we want to make an impressive return to the crowd, so to have a media agency to support us on media invitation and management is very necessary

Referral from friends, after pitching with 5 media agencies we decided to go with Kreativa because they have strong proposal and commitment besides of good prices

I provide the agency clear details of requirement, then they get back with me what it should be, the best execution with pros and cons, after that we finalise and proceed

There are 3 peoples, two of them work with media and another one is in charge of all kind of contents

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

general the result is really good, over our expectation and beginning commitment, following our commitment we target to have 80 coverage after the event however we have over 100 coverage after 2 events

Everything is clear and ontime, smooth communication

They are straightforward, realistic, and practical. They have a good connection with many media so we're quite happy with that
