Kozak Group handles ongoing technical support and Magento development for our ecommerce store. On the maintenance side, they take care of performance monitoring, security patches, bug fixes, and platform updates to keep everything running smoothly. For CRO, they've been reworking our landing pages, testing different layouts and calls to action, and making design tweaks aimed at getting more visitors to convert. They also pick up ad-hoc development requests whenever we need something new added to the storefront or adjusted on the backend. The work has been consistent and the team is easy to reach when something comes up.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Magento store loads faster now and we've had far fewer technical issues compared to before they came on board. Th landing page conversion rates have gone up since they started optimizing, and the bounce rate dropped. The site looks more polished and professional, whcih our customers have noticed. We're spending less time dealing with platform problems and more time focused on growing the business.

Nothing significant. If I had to mention something, it would be nice to occasionally get more proactive ideas for new features or trends we could take advantage of. That said, the overall experience has been very positive and we plan to keep working with them.

The platform has also been modernized with a scalable, future-ready architecture that supports integration with current AI tools and emerging technologies.

After that we received a quote as well as the timeline which was fulfilled in its entirety.

A project manager was our main point of contact and we had a full time back-end developer and front-end developer working with our internal team.

We were satisfied with their services and timely delivery of tasks and projects. However, improving the speed of delivery is something that all agencies should always strive for as it is something that most clients would appreciate.

We've crossed paths on projects in the past and had insight into the capabilities of the team. We looked of course for Magento certifications along with other certifications held by developers on their team and worked together over time on various projects to build up a working relationship based on trust. They have always been fair from a cost perspective and also had an impressive portfolio of past work when we were brand new working together and didn't have the historical context of working together yet.

Here again, I want to share a general review of working with this company. We've worked together on dozens on projects at this point, primarily focused on Magento and custom PHP work. The projects we take on are always fairly complex eCommerce projects, so functionality related to user shopping journey, custom checkout experiences, search functionality, product configuration, various payment configurations and setups, sites with complex security requirements, etc. have all been a part of various projects we've worked on together.

We've consistently worked with 4-8 members of the Kozak team depending on the size of whatever current project we're working on and have had the pleasure of working with team members who are developers, project managers as well as members of the admin and management team.

For us the ultimate measure for any project is being able to deliver an eCommerce site to our end clients that works according to the project specs outlined and that supports the client's customer traffic and volume of sales. Amongst all the projects we've worked on with the Kozak team, we've never had an issue delivering a final product the client has been happy with, and often clients stay with us for ongoing maintenance and improvements which we often call on Kozak for support with as well.

Professional, timely, detailed and to the point. Project managers work to help make sure specs are clear for the developers and timelines stay on track. We focus on online communication and actual work being done, but the team has always accommodated when we've had more complex projects that require stand-up or status update calls - sometimes weekly, sometimes daily. They've always been willing to adapt and accommodate client needs in accordance with what it will take to get the job done efficiently and at the highest of quality standards.

The sheer talent of their developers. Highly skilled, efficient and creative. The quality of the development has been hard for me to find elsewhere in almost 20 years in this industry.

Nothing that stands out in my mind. It has been a pleasure working with them now for a few years on many different projects and I look forward to continuing to work together for years to come.

Give the project a lot of thought before you reach out to them because it makes the process more efficient. Have a dedicated liaison on your end. As the founder, there are times when I’m so swamped that I can’t get back to them right away.
