Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Following the rebranding of the network, it was decided to implement the brand values within the branches themselves, including a complete renovation of existing stores and the planning of new ones. We designed and executed, in collaboration with network representatives, five stores.
The project included dedicated display facilities designed and produced specifically for the stores. The updated planning emphasizes expanding the product variety in the display, creating a comfortable and efficient working environment for sales personnel at the counters, easy customer navigation, and achieving consistency and improvement in the network's visibility.

we got great customers feedback and we had around 20% growth in the stores sales.
