Kopper's role is to mature planned roadmap projects with design execution as well as unblock day to day engineering work with reactive support. In addition, Kopper is addressing our design debt with a comprehensive audit.

We had weekly design reviews based on the work completed. After each review, we would get additional feedback from users or engineers. Success was judged by the speed at which we started moving from the concept phase to engineers beginning to build the UI. This only took a few weeks.
